Neil Frye is currently serving as the interim VP of People at Alto Pharmacy. Neil has experience in HR and Talent Management spanning the course of his career from his start at Accenture, where he worked with companies in the consumer goods, retail, high tech, and utilities industry. From there, Neil spent time at Google working on a range of HR products, processes, and overseeing successful HR Tech implementations.

In July 2016, Neil joined the team at Dropbox as the Global Head of Recruitment with a focus in HR operations and technology. In October 2019 Neil began working at Alto on an interim basis, helping to fulfill Alto’s mission to fulfill medicine’s true purpose—to improve the quality of life for everyone who needs it. Alto recently raised a Series C, surpassed 300 employees across four locations, and is on track to achieve $1B ARR by the end of 2020. As the Interim VP of People, Neil is helping the Alto leadership team design the People agenda and make key hires for the People and Workplace Services team.
